Experienced or Junior Hair Stylist at Wisdom Salon

Are you a talented, licensed hairstylist looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career? Wisdom Salon, a modern, well-established salon in Hicksville, is seeking an experienced stylist to join our team and take over a loyal existing clientele from a departing stylist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional who wants to step into a busy salon environment with immediate earning potential.

Hours of Operation: Tuesdays - Fridays: 9:30AM - 7:00PM; Saturdays: 8:00AM to 5:00PM. Closed Sundays and Mondays.

Qualifications

• Current NYS Cosmetology License
• Strong cutting, blowout, styling, and Keratin treatment skills for all hair types and textures
• Knowledge of single-process color formulation and application
• Ability to perform highlighting, foiling, and balayage services
• Professional, dependable, and client-focused
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced salon environment with the ability to maximize productivity

Additional Skills (Preferred but Not Required)

• Updos and Special Occasion Styling
• Magic Sleek and OXO Smoothing Treatments
• Hair Extensions
• Some existing clientele preferred, but not required
