• Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing check-ins/outs, and answering inquiries professionally.
• Upsell retail products and add-on services to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Manage store operations when needed by supporting store management with inventory checks and sales goals.

Qualifications

• Some experience in hair styling, coloring, and cutting techniques with a strong portfolio of work.
• Familiarity with sanitation protocols to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Strong communication skills to effectively understand client needs and provide personalized recommendations.
• Ability to perform retail math calculations for upselling products confidently.
