- Perform specialized services such as eyelash extensions and straight razor shaves, if qualified.
- Mentor junior stylists and assist with their professional development.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and maintaining client records.
- Utilize retail math skills to assist clients with product recommendations and sales.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
Skills
- Strong background in cosmetology with relevant certifications or licenses in FL.
- Proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in store management or retail operations is a plus.
- Ability to mentor others and share knowledge effectively within the team.
- Familiarity with makeup application techniques is advantageous.
- Knowledge of retail math for effective product sales is preferred.
