We are seeking a talented and energetic Hair Stylist to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, while providing outstanding customer care. Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of hair services such as cuts, color treatments, styling, and hair extensions with precision and creativity
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable styles or treatments
• Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools
• Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client management, and retail sales tracking
• Offer additional services such as eyelash extensions, makeup application, nail care, or hair threading to enhance client satisfaction
• Upsell retail products effectively by understanding client needs and applying retail math skills
• Mentor junior team members and contribute to a positive team environment

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and coloring techniques
• Proficiency in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care is preferred
• Strong knowledge of color theory and sanitation standards
• Experience with salon management software such as Fresha is a plus
• Excellent communication skills to connect with clients and team members effectively
• Ability to perform retail sales and upselling confidently while maintaining a focus on customer service
• Knowledge of store management practices is advantageous

Compensation & Benefits

Pay: $250.00 - $1,500.00 per day
