Duties

• Provide high-quality hair services including cutting, coloring, styling and treatments.
• Apply color theory principles for vibrant coloring, highlights, balayage, or corrective color treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate services and products.
• Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools and workstations regularly to ensure safety and hygiene compliance.
• Provide expert advice on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail upselling opportunities to maximize client value.
• Stay current with industry trends, techniques and products.
• Mentor junior stylists and apprentices by sharing techniques in hair styling, coloring, and salon operations to foster team growth.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license
• Strong skills in cutting, coloring and styling techniques.
• Strong understanding of color theory.
• Skilled in sanitation practices and maintaining a clean work environment at all times.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging clients effectively and providing personalized consultations.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude.
