Station Row Salon is a full-service, well-established salon located in Newton Highlands. We are currently looking for a career-oriented full-time stylist to join our talented team. The ideal candidate will be highly creative, customer-oriented, technically competent, and professional.

As a Hair Stylist, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the beauty and confidence of our clients through exceptional hair care services. You will be responsible for providing a range of hair styling and coloring services while ensuring an outstanding customer experience in a welcoming salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform hair cutting, coloring, and styling services according to client preferences and current trends.
• Utilize knowledge of color theory to recommend and apply appropriate hair color techniques.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various tools, including straight razors, scissors, and styling equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the salon workspace, including tools and products.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized consultations.
• Promote additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to continuously improve skills.

Experience

• Valid cosmetology license is required.
• Proven experience in hair styling and coloring techniques is required.
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
