Responsibilities

* Provide thorough client consultations and deliver an exceptional salon experience every time. * Create beautiful, detail-oriented work while maintaining professionalism. * Collaborate with the team to keep the salon positive, clean, and running smoothly. * Introduce clients to other salon + spa services to enhance their results and support cross-promotions. * Build strong client relationships that encourage loyalty and trust. Requirements

* Active Massachusetts cosmetology license. * Minimum 3 years of salon experience behind the chair. * Partial clientele preferred, but open to motivated stylists ready to grow. * Availability to work nights and Saturdays (our busiest times). * Strong communication and consultation skills with a focus on client experience. * Positive attitude and genuine team-player mentality. * Dependable, professional, and committed to ongoing growth and education. * Ability to recommend and promote additional salon + spa services and retail for complete client care. Nice to Have * Experience with bridal and special occasion styling. * Certified in extensions (tape-in, sew-in, I-tip). * Comfort with social media for showcasing work and engaging clients.
