Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals, face shape, and hair type, recommending styles that best suit them.
• Perform shampoo, conditioning, and hair treatment services using high-quality salon products.
• Execute precise haircuts, trims, and shaping services.
• Apply a variety of color techniques, including highlights, balayage, and full color applications.
• Create beautiful styles for everyday wear, formal events, and special occasions.
• Stay current on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the hair and beauty industry.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a cosmetology program and valid state cosmetology license (required)
• Proven experience as a stylist, hairdresser, or similar role (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of cutting, coloring, straightening, and curling techniques
• Familiarity with a variety of professional treatment and styling products
• Excellent communication skills and a passion for client satisfaction
• Up to date with current trends in fashion and beauty
