Job Description

We are looking for a Guest Service Expert to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our guests.

The successful candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, answering inquiries, offering additional services, providing information about the salon and its services, and assisting with check-in and check-out procedures. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to multi-task, and have a friendly and professional demeanor. You also need to be able to stand for 6 hours at a time and go up and down stairs throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer inquiries from guests regarding salon services.
• Maintain a high level of customer service at all times.
• Resolve guest complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions.
• Process payments for guest accounts accurately and efficiently.

Guest Service Experts are responsible for maintaining the salon and day spa front of house. This includes first and foremost, giving our clientele a seamless, friendly experience both in person and on the phone. You will be thoroughly trained to offer our guests additional service opportunities and at-home care.
