The RoleWe are seeking a polished, highly organized Receptionist to manage front desk operations in a fast-paced, high-demand salon environment. This role is critical to the daily flow of the salon and requires strong judgment, efficiency, and professionalism.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in New York City with summer travel to Bridgehampton.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and manage clients with a high level of service and awareness
- Handle phones, emails, and appointment scheduling
- Coordinate stylist schedules and manage last-minute changes
- Process payments and maintain front desk organization
- Support overall salon flow to ensure a seamless client experience

Compensation & Benefits
- $22 per hour

Seasonal Requirement
During the summer months, this role includes travel to Bridgehampton up to 4 days per week. Company housing (optional), transportation, and expenses are provided.
