We are currently seeking full-time apprentices to work with our artists behind the chair.

What's Included

Active mentorship and hands-on training provided by owner Marina Lantos @MarinaLantosHair and senior staff.

Responsibilities

Assisting stylists with daily tasks such as:

• Applying glazes, shampooing, blow-drying guests, and booking appointments
• Greeting and seating clients upon their arrival
• Maintain salon's standards of appearance
• Retail
• Maintain a willingness to learn and work as part of a team

Qualifications

• Must have a valid State of New Jersey Cosmetology license/permit
• Have a flexible work schedule (be available for one-on-one training sessions)
• Possess the ability to adapt while remaining organized
• Have great in-person, over the phone, and email communication skills
• Must be goal oriented
