Requirements

• Must have your NYC Cosmetology License (temporary license is accepted)
• Desire to learn and grow, with passion for education and growth, and driven to continuously improve and an eagerness to learn new skills and techniques
• Ability to be a team player in a fast-paced environment
• Strong multi-tasking, active listening, and communication skills
• Salon experience is preferred, but not required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays

Responsibilities

• Shampoo and blow-dry clients
• Assist with retail sales, recommending and selling hair care products to clients
• Upsell additional services to clients, such as hair treatments
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction from start to finish
• Salon cleaning duties
