We are not hiring a receptionist. We are hiring the person who controls the entire client experience from the moment someone walks through our doors.At Nicolo Salon, our front desk is not administrative—it is leadership, hospitality, and sales combined into one role.

What You'll Do
- Lead the front desk and set the tone for every client visit
- Deliver a high-end, welcoming experience from check-in to checkout
- Drive rebooking and retail recommendations
- Manage phones, scheduling, and flow of the salon
- Support the team and keep the environment clean and running smoothly
Who This Is For
You are:
- Naturally warm, confident, and engaging
- Able to handle multiple things at once without stress
- Comfortable recommending products and services
- Reliable and flexible with your schedule
- Someone who takes ownership—not just follows instructions
Who This Is Not For

- Someone who needs a fixed, rigid schedule
Schedule
- 3–4 days per week
- Must be flexible
- Includes at least one late shift (2:30-9pm) or a Saturday day (8:30-3:30)
Pay
- Starting at $19/hour
