Front Desk Supervisor & Social Media/Marketing Coordinator at The Right Touch Day Spa
Job Description
The Right Touch Day Spa is looking for a creative and conscientious professional to perform a full-time, dual role at our Spa. The 35+ hours will be a combination of days, nights, and one weekend day.As Front Desk Supervisor you will oversee and contribute to the front desk operations of our Spa. In this role, you will greet and welcome guests, respond to their questions and concerns, manage booking appointments, and ensure that the reception area is professionally maintained.
Front Desk Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Implementing front desk objectives and procedures
- Training staff and managing the shift schedules
- Tending to clients' questions and concerns by providing exceptional customer service
- Performing administrative duties such as filing and updating records and database
- Ensuring that the front desk and reception area is kept clean and organized
- Maintaining front desk office supplies and equipment
- Managing client paperwork
- Supervising staff and all front desk activities including bookings, appointments, phone calls, text messages and emails
- Contributing to performance reviews of the front desk staff
Social Media/Marketing Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Supporting the development and execution of a company's marketing and branding strategies
- Actively taking part in marketing campaigns and organizing any marketing meetings
- Developing original copy for social media platforms, website and printed advertising materials
- Understanding brand guidelines and consistently implementing the brand voice across all channels and marketing materials
- Graphic design to help deliver content that meets Spa needs
- Supporting internal communication campaigns to effectively distribute key information
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a front desk receptionist or similar
- Minimum of 1 year of social media/marketing experience
- Understanding of procedures and practices in the hospitality or spa industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- The ability to provide exceptional customer service
- Good leadership and training abilities
