Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients, ensuring they receive excellent service from the moment they inquire about our services until their visit is complete. This role is essential in maintaining the positive atmosphere and reputation of our spa while ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Essential Functions

• Responsible for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the spa
• Operating equipment related to each service
• Help guests set up for treatments & support their experience
• Ensure linens are replaced after each treatment and maintain laundry upkeep
• Communicate with guests, answer calls, and support the front desk needs
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all spa services, products, and promotions to provide accurate information and recommendations to clients
• Learn to use our system, Zenoti, to schedule and check out clients
• Work closely with spa therapists, management, and other staff to ensure the smooth operation of daily activities

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a hospitality-related field (spa, wellness, or beauty industry preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in providing exceptional customer care
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain a calm, friendly demeanor
• Proficiency in using computer systems (familiarity with scheduling software or POS systems is a plus)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work weekends and evenings, as needed
• Knowledge of spa services and wellness trends is a plus
