We are hiring a Front Desk Receptionist for our high-end MedSpa located in Stoneham, MA.

We're looking for a reliable, professional, and bilingual team member who is passionate about customer service and wellness.

What we're looking for:

• Excellent communication skills (in-person, phone, and digital)
• Speaks English and Portuguese (preferred)
• Friendly and professional attitude with customer-first mindset
• Highly organized and able to manage schedules, follow-ups, and documentation
• Comfortable using or learning CRM and booking systems
• Punctual, responsible, and detail-oriented
• Ability to handle payments, confirm appointments and assist in daily operations
• Interest in aesthetics, health, and wellness
• Comfortable with light sales of services and skincare products
