Job Description
We are a luxury Plastic Surgery & Medspa practice with offices in Chelmsford and Boston. Our Chelmsford location is seeking a polished, professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing team.This role is the face of the Chelmsford practice and the first point of contact for patients across both locations — greeting clients in person, answering phones, handling text/email inquiries, and setting the tone for a luxury patient experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact: answer and route phone calls, manage emails and texts, and greet patients warmly at the Chelmsford office.
- Handle inquiries and scheduling for both Chelmsford and Boston patients.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it reflects a luxury, welcoming environment.
- Check patients in and out, collect payments, and schedule appointments.
- Confirm appointments, prepare patient intake, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with the Boston and Chelmsford clinical/administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experiences across both offices.
- Assist with daily administrative support as needed.
Qualifications
- Exceptional communication skills — polished, professional, and friendly in person and on the phone.
- Luxury hospitality, aesthetics, or high-end customer service experience strongly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Tech-savvy with scheduling and EMR/CRM systems; Microsoft Office proficiency required.
- Warm, approachable personality with a commitment to excellence in patient care.
- High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
- Multilingual skills a plus.
