Front Desk Receptionist / Body Sculpting Assistant

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly upon arrival, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued from the moment they walk in
- Manage multi-line phone systems, answer inquiries, schedule appointments, and direct calls professionally using excellent phone etiquette
- Maintain organized appointment calendars and assist with calendar management for practitioners and staff
- Handle all front desk operations including check-in/check-out procedures, data entry, filing, and maintaining client records with accuracy
- Support body sculpting procedures by preparing treatment rooms, assisting practitioners as needed, and ensuring client comfort throughout sessions
- Utilize computer skills to update client information in electronic health records, process payments via QuickBooks or other POS systems, and perform general office management tasks
- Proofread and review appointment confirmations, intake forms, and other documents to ensure clarity and accuracy
Requirements
- Proven experience in front desk or office management roles within a healthcare or wellness environment preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional phone etiquette
- Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively
- Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), data entry, and basic bookkeeping tools like QuickBooks
- Clerical experience involving filing, proofreading, and document management is advantageous
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems confidently while maintaining composure under pressure
- Personal assistant or administrative experience that includes calendar management and time management skills is a plus

Compensation & Work Location
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
