Job Overview

We are searching for a front desk associate who thrives on multitasking, is good at problem solving, detailed work and helping clients and coworkers. Being flexible and professional is foundational in our workspace. We are looking for someone to work 3-4 shifts per week including weekend shifts.

Your main duties would be scheduling clients, answering phones, and keeping a clean work space. And as we are a place of healing, we appreciate a nurturing energy and productive outlooks. If you enjoy commanding a lot of moving pieces, the front desk is right for you!

Duties

• Contacting clients for scheduling, rescheduling, cancellations, waitlists, payment information
• Be a liaison to management and the owner
• Organize practitioners schedules
• Problem solve on the spot when issues come up
• Answer phone calls, texts, emails
• Provide friendly and respectful assistance to clients and practitioners
• Assist with crafting invoices when needed
• Clean the bathrooms and other common areas as needed

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
• Proficient computer and basic technology skills (worked with organizational softwares, use google suite, can use Apple products like MacBook and iPhone)
