Front Desk Receptionist
We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team on Fridays and Sundays. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. - Greet clients and visitors warmly, providing a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls using phone systems, ensuring effective phone etiquette.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for the office.
- Receive and stock inventory.
- Assist with customer inquiries and provide information about services offered.
- Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked.
- Collaborate with staff to ensure smooth operations within the salon.
- Role will eventually include opening and closing the salon.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role is preferred.
- Bilingual skills are a plus to cater to a diverse client base.
- Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Familiarity with receptionist duties is an advantage but not mandatory.
