Front Desk with Spa Experience at Vicki Morav Skincare

Knowledge of the Booker and Shopify platform is preferred. Salary varies based on experience and what the candidate has to offer, but promising candidates can be trained.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Promoting Spa Services
• Educating clients on products and selling them
• Answering phone calls, emails, and cellphone inquiries
• Scheduling clients and managing the book
• Taking orders from clients placed via phone, email, or online
• Checking clients in and out
• Managing inventory and corresponding with different vendors when needed
• Opening incoming orders from different vendors (opening, counting, putting in place)
• Keeping product shelves and storage shelves organized and neat at all times
• Ordering supplies as needed
• Other responsibilities as assigned
