Front Desk Receptionist at Aesthetics Clinic

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. This role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Bilingual skills and experience with medical or dental reception are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive first impression
• Manage phone systems and direct inquiries appropriately
• Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings using office management software
• Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
• Provide customer support via phone or in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette
• Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient office operations
• Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Requirements

• Experience in office management or as a receptionist is a plus but not required
• Experience with phone systems and calendar management tools
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong typing skills and attention to detail for proofreading and data accuracy
• Demonstrated customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
• Ability to handle confidential information discreetly
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative or office management training is desirable
• Must be able to speak Mandarin & English (Korean is a plus)
