We are seeking a Part-Time Front Desk / Reception Associate who embodies professionalism, warmth, and a passion for aesthetics. This individual will play a vital role as the first impression of The Klinic — and for the right person, front-of-house excellence and practice operations aren't just a job, they're a career.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in/out patients with professionalism and warmth
• Collect payments, process sales, and provide after-care instructions
• Support clinicians by wrapping sales, assisting in room turnover, and ensuring treatment flow efficiency
• Confidently upsell memberships, packages, and individualized skincare/treatment plans
• Maintain brand integrity and uphold The Klinic's elevated patient experience
• Track and report low inventory; assist with restocking and ordering
• Answer and direct phone calls promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
• Assist with internal operations support when required
• Complete ongoing skincare and retail product trainings as assigned

Qualifications

• Prior experience in front desk customer service at a salon, spa, or medical office REQUIRED
• Strong communication and calm, polished demeanor
• Confidence in sales and client education
• Reliable, detail-oriented, able to multitask and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
• Tech-savvy with experience using scheduling and payment software. Boulevard experience highly preferred.
• Professional appearance consistent with The Klinic's luxury brand aesthetic
• Passion for aesthetics, skincare, and wellness. We're looking for someone who is genuinely passionate about the art of client experience and practice administration — and who sees a long-term career path in operational excellence, not a stepping stone to a clinical role.

Compensation

• Hourly rate commensurate with experience starting at $20/hr with commission and bonus opportunities
