We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. Duties
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a friendly and professional manner
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately
- Schedule appointments and manage calendar bookings using office management software
- Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records
- Process payments
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously
- Support other administrative functions including typing, document preparation, and supporting personal assistant duties if required
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or receptionist roles
