We are a busy, well-known medical spa looking for a friendly, professional front desk receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. We are in the midst of being fully renovated and offer a modern, high-end environment.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, organized, and comfortable multitasking. Responsibilities include answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting clients, and helping guide them toward the right services.

Customer service is key, and experience in a spa, medical office, or sales environment is a plus.
