Responsibilities

• Welcome clients and provide a five-star customer experience.
• Manage appointment scheduling and coordinate daily operations.
• Answer phones, respond to emails, text messages, and online inquiries.
• Educate clients about our services and products.
• Convert inquiries into scheduled consultations and treatments.
• Assist with treatment planning, memberships, and retail sales.
• Process payments and maintain accurate client records.
• Ensure the front desk and reception area remain organized and professional.
• Support providers with administrative tasks as needed.
• Assist with social media content and marketing initiatives when appropriate.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Previous sales experience with the ability to educate clients and confidently recommend services.
• Experience working in a medical spa, aesthetic practice, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, or wellness setting is strongly preferred.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and eager to learn.
• Comfortable using computers and scheduling software.
• Bilingual English/Russian preferred.
