Job Description
OverviewAura Day Spa is seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We are looking for someone to work a set shift of Saturdays 8:30am-5:30pm with the opportunity for more hours in the future. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately, maintaining up-to-date records in our systems.
- Handle filing, proofreading, and clerical duties to support office operations.
- Assist with calendar management, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an organized front desk area, ensuring all materials are stocked and accessible.
- Maintain a clean workplace environment, including laundry and sanitation.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance spa efficiency.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Proficient in computer skills.
- Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, typing, and proofreading is required.
- Personal assistant experience is beneficial for managing various administrative tasks efficiently.
