Part-Time Front Desk Team Member at Coastal Aesthetics

This role is focused on creating a welcoming patient experience, supporting scheduling and checkout, answering phones and messages, and helping keep the front desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients
• Answer phones, texts, and general patient inquiries
• Schedule and confirm appointments
• Check patients out and process payments
• Assist with rebooking future appointments
• Help communicate current promotions, memberships, and basic service information
• Maintain accurate patient information
• Assist with retail skincare purchases after training
• Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming
• Support providers and the rest of the team with day-to-day front office needs
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

Preferred Experience

Previous experience in any of the following is a plus:

• Medical spa or aesthetic practice
• Dermatology or plastic surgery office
• Medical or dental front desk
• Salon or spa
• Hospitality
• Retail or customer service

Previous medical aesthetics experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right person with strong customer-service skills and a professional, positive attitude.
