We are a well-established spa located on the property of La Tourelle Inn & Spa in the beautiful Finger Lakes region of New York. Our mission is to offer guests a peaceful, therapeutic experience in a warm and welcoming environment. The front desk is the face and brain of our business, playing an essential role in ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer care. We treat our guests like family and foster a professional yet friendly workplace culture where team members can thrive.

Weekend and evening availability is required. A set schedule is available, with occasional additional shifts to cover staff time off or sick days.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in spa guests
• Answer phones and take reservations
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the front desk and lobby
• Provide concierge-level guest services
• Promote and sell retail products
• Help ensure smooth day-to-day operations

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable and punctual – you're the first and last impression
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Weekend and evening availability
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to lift 50 lbs
• Minimum employment commitment of 1 year

Schedule

• 6–8 hour shifts
• Required: Evening and weekend availability
• Optional: Additional weekday shifts as needed
