Aesthetician and Front Desk Specialist

Duties

• Provide professional skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments to enhance clients' skin health and appearance
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and aesthetic treatments to promote ongoing skin health
• Manage front desk operations by greeting clients warmly, scheduling appointments, processing payments, and maintaining client records
• Assist with retail sales by recommending skincare products and spa retail items to meet client needs
• Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff

Requirements

• Valid cosmetology or esthetician license as required by state regulations
• Proven experience in skincare treatments such as facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser therapies
• Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities to connect effectively with clients
• Knowledge of sanitation protocols and maintaining a clean treatment environment
• Ability to perform multiple aesthetic treatments confidently while ensuring client comfort
• Experience in retail sales and client communication to promote products and services effectively
