Duties

• Perform eyelash extension applications with precision, ensuring safety and comfort for each client
• Manage client consultations to determine their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles or other aesthetic services
• Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols in accordance with industry standards to ensure client safety
• Engage actively in social media management by posting before-and-after photos, promoting special offers, and responding to client inquiries to grow our online presence
• Assist at the front desk with guest services, product demos, retail sales, and appointment bookings to create a seamless client experience

Experience

• Proven experience working in the beauty industry as a Lash Technician or esthetician with eyelash extension expertise
• Must be licensed
