Requirements
- A NYS Licensed Esthetician
- Certification in Lash Extensions from an accredited course
- Must be educated in brow waxing, tinting, and shaping
- Threading a plus
- Lash Lift and Lamination training preferred but not required
- Hydrafacial and Dermaplaning certified a plus
- Must be willing to learn new techniques and grow as a team in an upbeat, positive environment
- Personable and friendly demeanor
- Must be able to maintain walk-ins and cleanliness of workspace
- Must be willing to provide exceptional customer service and retain clients
- Must educate clients on all services performed
- Experience doing facials as well as body waxing
- Availability to work day shifts, weekends, and some evenings
- Ability to receive and implement feedback
- Sales experience preferred
Additional Information
Training will be provided in the brands used as well as continuing education as needed. This is a part-time position of 20–30 hours a week with the possibility of moving to full-time status based on performance.
