What You'll Do

• Create beautiful lash transformations, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets
• Perform lash lifts, brow shaping, tinting, and other beauty services
• Deliver an exceptional experience from consultation through aftercare
• Educate clients on maintenance, aftercare, and recommended products
• Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and professionalism
• Help create the welcoming, supportive atmosphere that makes Ultimate Touch special

We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Is a licensed Cosmetologist or Esthetician (as required by Massachusetts regulations)
• Is certified in lash extensions or excited to continue learning
• Has a passion for beauty, artistry, and helping people feel their best
• Pays attention to the little details and takes pride in delivering exceptional work
• Is positive, dependable, and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
• Wants a long-term salon to grow with—not just another place to work
• Has at least 1 year of eyelash extension experience (preferred)
