Lash Artist

Duties

• Apply eyelash extensions with precision, ensuring safety, sanitation, and client satisfaction at all times
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable lash styles and lengths
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace following industry standards for hygiene and safety
• Educate clients on lash aftercare, product recommendations, and maintenance routines
• Manage appointment scheduling using salon software such as Millennium or similar platforms
• Upsell complementary beauty services including brow shaping, makeup application, or skincare treatments
• Engage with clients via social media management platforms to promote services, share before-and-after photos, and build client loyalty

Experience

• Proven experience working as a Lash Artist or in a similar beauty industry role with eyelash extension application expertise
• Knowledge of esthetic treatments such as botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and laser therapies is a plus
• Familiarity with salon management software like Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and client records
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse clients
• Experience in retail sales of beauty products or skincare lines is advantageous
• Background in cosmetology, esthetics, nursing, or related fields such as body waxing, hair styling, or nail care enhances your candidacy
• Ability to maintain high standards of sanitation and safety throughout all procedures
