Eyelash Specialist

In this role, you will provide exceptional eyelash extension services while ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our clients. Your expertise in beauty treatments will help enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various beauty services and have excellent guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality eyelash extension applications tailored to client preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety and sanitation standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their desired look and recommend suitable options.
• Provide additional beauty services as needed, including makeup application, hair extensions, and hair threading.
• Assist in managing guest services, ensuring a positive experience from arrival to departure.
• Utilize salon software for appointment scheduling and client management.
• Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build relationships.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in eyelash extensions and related beauty treatments.

Skills

• Proficiency in makeup application techniques.
• Knowledge of barbering practices is a plus.
• Experience with esthetic laser treatments and dermal fillers is desirable.
• Strong guest service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Familiarity with social media management to enhance brand presence online.
• Competence in using salon software, particularly Millennium, for efficient operations.
• Ability to perform hair extensions and hair threading as part of service offerings.
