Position Available

Rumors by Tuscan Sun is currently seeking talented Lash Lift Technicians to join our team of spa professionals! These are part-time and full-time positions, with career advancement and room to grow. Training will be available to qualified applicants.

This is a commission-based position. Lash Lift Technicians earn 35–40% commission on the services they perform.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized lash services while adhering to strict guidelines for health, safety, sanitation rules and regulations
• Recommend products and educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance
• Participation in ongoing education and new techniques
• Deliver quality results to customers in a timely manner
• Provide exceptional customer service to every client
• Assist with any cleaning tasks and daily responsibilities
• Attend regular staff meetings and training

Applicant Requirements

• Must have a valid esthetician license
• One year of experience is preferred
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and skill in precise hand movements
• Ability to perform detailed, delicate work
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Flexible schedule to work evenings and weekends, as needed
