Experienced Skin Specialist

We’re seeking an experienced, results-driven Esthetician / Expert Skin Specialist to join Solene. Our ideal candidate is confident treating diverse skin tones and types, with a strong understanding of multicultural skin concerns, including hyperpigmentation, uneven texture, acne, sensitivity, and aging.

You should be skilled in conducting thorough skin consultations, creating personalized treatment plans, and performing advanced facial treatments using professional tools and equipment.

Qualifications and expertise:

• Active esthetician license and relevant advanced training.

• Experience treating a diverse clientele and selecting treatments appropriate for each client’s skin tone, condition, and goals.

• Proficiency in extractions, hydrodermabrasion, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and microdermabrasion.

• Training and hands-on experience in microneedling, where permitted by your license and applicable regulations.

• Strong knowledge of treatment suitability, contraindications, sanitation, and aftercare.

• A results-driven approach that prioritizes skin health, tracks client progress, and sets realistic expectations.

• Ability to recommend effective home-care routines and build lasting client relationships through attentive, professional service.
