We are looking for someone who is motivated, dependable, and skilled in personalizing treatments to deliver exceptional guest experiences in a beautiful, supportive environment.

Recent massage therapy graduates awaiting licensure are encouraged to apply. An active Massachusetts Massage Therapy License is required before providing treatments.

Position

• Per diem / as booked, based on your availability

• Flexible scheduling

• Evening and weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform customized Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, heated Himalayan salt stone, salt ball, aromatherapy, and reflexology treatments within your training and scope of practice.

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand each client’s goals, preferences, health history, and treatment needs.

• Adapt techniques and pressure to provide safe, effective, and comfortable treatments.

• Offer additional specialized services based on your qualifications, including lymphatic drainage, postoperative, sports, and prenatal massage.

• Maintain accurate treatment notes and client documentation.

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, privacy, and professionalism.

• Educate clients on appropriate self-care and recommend follow-up sessions.

• Collaborate with our aesthetics and wellness team to create a seamless, personalized client experience.

Qualifications

• Active Massachusetts Massage Therapy License before beginning client services

• Strong foundational skills in Swedish and deep tissue massage

• Experience with hot stone, heated salt stone, salt ball, aromatherapy, and reflexology treatments

• Strong understanding of anatomy, contraindications, and safe treatment practices

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• A warm, professional presence and positive attitude

• Strong work ethic, dependability, and attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Commitment to client comfort, well-being, and personalized care

Preferred Skills

• Manual lymphatic drainage and postoperative massage experience are a plus, with specialized training and the ability to follow appropriate clearance and care protocols.

• Sports massage experience is an added bonus.

• Prenatal massage training and experience are an added bonus.
