Summary

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team at Aaron Emanuel Salon in the heart of the city. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering beautiful looks that enhance our clients' confidence and satisfaction. Your expertise will contribute significantly to our mission of fostering lasting friendships with our clientele.

We are looking for stylists who specialize in hair color, color correction, haircuts, and styling. We are currently offering a sign-on bonus for stylists with a clientele following.

We are looking for stylists with at least 5 years of work experience, and able to work preferably full-time, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert hair styling services, including cuts, colors, and treatments.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable styles.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment adhering to sanitation standards.
• Stay updated on the latest trends and techniques in hair styling.
• Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits.
• Assist in retail sales of hair products and tools.
• Mentor junior stylists and support team development.

Qualifications

• Valid cosmetology license required.
• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in hair extensions, color theory, and various styling techniques.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong retail sales skills are a plus.
• Commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
