Revitalize RX is a growing infusion & medical spa located in North Billerica, MA. We offer a full suite of aesthetic and wellness services including Hydrafacial, microneedling, laser treatments, vitamin infusions, chemical peels, dermal fillers, and more. Position Overview

We are seeking a licensed esthetician with a minimum of 1 year experience in advanced skincare to join our team. This is a hands-on role working directly with clients, customizing and delivering facial, laser, and skin treatments. You will be part of a dynamic medical spa where relationships, results, and professional growth are valued.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments (e.g., facials, chemical peels, microneedling, laser facials)
• Conduct consultations, skin analyses, and treatment planning
• Recommend and sell skincare products and homecare regimens
• Build and maintain relationships with clients
• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and client care
• Collaborate with the team to maintain a smooth, inviting spa environment
• Continue your education and grow your technical skillset over time

What We're Looking For

• Valid esthetician license (MA or equivalent)
• At least 1 year of experience in advanced skincare and aesthetic treatments
• Local candidate with an existing clientele is highly preferred
• Passion for client satisfaction, skin health, and long-term relationship building
• Self-motivated, reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong communication and sales skills
• Desire to learn, expand your offerings, and grow within the medspa
