Esthetician (Entry-Level / Part-Time) at Smart Skin Care

Are you a newly graduated Esthetician with a passion for skincare and a desire to grow professionally? At Smart Skin Care, we are looking for an empathetic, detail-oriented, and bilingual individual to join our team and specialize in advanced non-invasive treatments.

What We Offer

• Pay: $19 per hour (W2 Position)
• Schedule: Initial Part-Time (3 days a week: Monday, Wednesday, Saturday)
• Growth: Specialized "from-scratch" training in exclusive protocols, advanced technology (skin analyzers), treatments and supportive setting focused on excellence in service.

Your Profile

• Education: Graduate of a certified Esthetics school (no prior experience required).
• Languages: Fully bilingual in Spanish and English (Required).
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication, patience, and a warm demeanor, especially when working with women over 40.
• Attitude: A strong willingness to learn, take direction, and follow precise protocols.
• Technical Interest: Eagerness to specialize in treatments for melasma, skin tightening, and anti-aging.
• Bonus Skills: Ability to capture basic photos/videos during treatments for digital marketing purposes.

Key Responsibilities

• Treatments: Perform facials and procedures following Smart Skin Care's signature protocols.
• Assessment: Analyze skin types, check contraindications, and record detailed observations (under supervision).
• Client Care: Assist in recommending home-care routines and products.
• Studio Management: Maintain deep cleanliness of equipment, treatment rooms, and common areas.
• Content Creation: Record video/photo snippets during treatments to support our marketing team.

Skills You Will Develop

We will train you to become an expert in:

• High-end skin analyzer technology.
• Targeted therapies for hyperpigmentation and skin rejuvenation.
