OverviewBaked Sunless is looking for a talented and driven Esthetician to join our team! We specialize in luxury spray tanning and sugaring hair removal, and we're seeking someone who is passionate about beauty, client experience, and delivering flawless results.
The ideal candidate is punctual, efficient, and hardworking, with a keen eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset. You should be highly organized, self-motivated, and eager to grow your own clientele while providing top-tier service. A bubbly personality, strong customer service skills, and the ability to make clients feel comfortable and confident are a must!

Duties
- Perform opening and/or closing duties.
- Provide personalized skincare consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services.
- Execute a range of esthetic services, including airbrush spray tanning and sugaring waxing. Interest in brow services is a plus!
- Demonstrate knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting suitable products for their skin type.
- Experience in selling products or services is a plus.
- Ability to have great attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards.
Skills
- Basic knowledge of spray tanning services is preferred.
- Experience with waxing is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on customer experience.
- A self starter who is highly motivated to help build their clientele.
- Knowledge of color theory and Fitzpatrick scale as it relates to skincare products.
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively within a team environment.
- Has a strong social media presence or is willing to learn about social media's role in business.
Schedule
We are ideally looking for someone who would be able to work from 10 am - 4 pm on Tuesdays and Wednesdays as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10-2 or 12 - 4. Also open to having you work evenings on the weekdays and 10-2 or 4 on the weekends.
