We are seeking an experienced and independent Esthetician to join our team one day a week, with the potential to add more days if demand grows. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, capable of working with minimal supervision. If you have your own clientele, that's a plus! Duties

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels and microneedling.
• Provide expert advice on skincare products and techniques to clients.
• Upsell additional services and products that align with client needs and preferences.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
• Assist with front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and managing client records.
• Post content related to services, products, and skincare tips on social media platforms to engage clients and promote the business.
• Stay updated on industry trends, techniques, and products to provide the best service possible.
• Collaborate with other beauty professionals in the salon for cross-promotional opportunities.

Requirements

• Valid esthetician license in accordance with state regulations.
• Strong sales skills with a focus on upselling services and products.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor to create a welcoming environment for clients.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Existing clientele is a plus.
