Lua Beauty Lounge is seeking a talented and passionate esthetician for a wax-focused role.

Comfort and confidence with facial and body waxing are mandatory, while experience or interest in additional services such as skincare, lash lifts & tints, and brows are a plus — not required, but encouraged.

As a valued member of our team, you will:

• Deliver exceptional services with attention to client comfort and precision.
• Build lasting client relationships, creating a welcoming and relaxing experience.
• Provide optional add-on services and homecare regimes to enhance client satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace, following all safety and sanitation protocols.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques to provide top-tier service.

What we're looking for:

• Current esthetician license in Massachusetts
• 1+ year experience preferred, not required
• Passion for client care and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and team collaboration
• Professional, friendly, and approachable personality
