Licensed Esthetician

The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals through personalized treatments. This role involves performing a variety of skincare procedures, including body contouring, in a professional and welcoming environment. The Licensed Esthetician will play a key role in enhancing client satisfaction and promoting overall wellness.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional skincare treatments such as facials, body contouring, and other esthetic services in accordance with licensing standards.
• Assess clients' skin conditions and recommend appropriate treatments tailored to individual needs.
• Perform body contouring procedures safely and effectively, ensuring client comfort and satisfaction.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitized treatment area following health and safety regulations.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to optimize results.
• Stay updated on the latest esthetic techniques, industry trends, and product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation in compliance with privacy policies.
• Promote retail products and services to enhance client experience and business growth.

Experience

• Valid state licensure as a Licensed Esthetician is required.
• Prior experience in providing skincare treatments, including body contouring, is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of skin anatomy, skincare products, and esthetic techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate and build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
