Licensed Esthetician at Revive Med Spa & Aesthetics

We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare, enjoys building relationships with clients, and takes pride in providing exceptional service. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Esthetician who wants to expand their skill set and grow within a medical spa environment.

Our current esthetic services include customized facials, HydraFacials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, waxing, and laser hair removal, along with advanced skin treatments.

Training will be provided in laser hair removal, NeoGen PSR, and additional treatments as your skills and experience develop.

We are also open to expanding our service menu. If you have experience performing brow laminations, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, or other complementary esthetic services, we would be interested in adding these services at Revive.

A dual-licensed Esthetician/Massage Therapist would be a great fit for our team, but dual licensure is not required.

Duties

• Perform customized facials and skincare treatments
• Perform HydraFacials
• Perform dermaplaning and chemical peels
• Provide waxing services
• Perform laser hair removal after training
• Consult with clients to determine appropriate treatments based on their skincare goals
• Recommend appropriate skincare products and home-care routines
• Provide a warm, professional, and personalized client experience
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment room
• Follow all sanitation, safety, and treatment protocols
• Stay current with skincare trends, products, and treatment techniques
• Work collaboratively with the Revive team
• Opportunity to introduce additional esthetic services based on your experience and expertise

Skills & Qualifications

• Current Massachusetts Esthetician license
• Minimum 1 year of professional esthetics experience
• Strong knowledge of skincare and professional treatments
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Professional, personable, dependable, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team
• Passionate about skincare and helping clients achieve their goals
• Willingness to learn new treatments and technologies
• Experience with brow laminations, lash lifts, lash and brow tinting, or other complementary services a plus
• Dual Esthetician/Massage Therapist license is a plus, but not required
