Master Esthetician & IPL Laser Practitioner at Tres Belle Spa
Tres Belle Spa is a small, boutique laser and facial spa in Brooklyn with a close-knit team, wonderful long-time clients, and a warm, collaborative environment. We value kindness, consistency, and taking pride in what we do.We are looking for an experienced Master Esthetician and IPL Laser Practitioner to join our team. You must be confident performing Biologique Recherche treatments and protocols and have a strong background in advanced skincare and IPL.
Responsibilities
- Perform customized Biologique Recherche facials and protocols
- Perform IPL treatments for hair reduction, pigmentation, vascular concerns, and skin rejuvenation
- Perform chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning, and other advanced treatments
- Consult with clients and create customized treatment plans
- Educate clients on skincare and recommend appropriate products
- Provide a warm, personalized experience for our established clientele
- Maintain excellent sanitation and safety standards
- Contribute to a positive, supportive team environment
Qualifications
- Valid Master Esthetician license/certification
- Hands-on experience with Biologique Recherche — required
- Experience performing IPL treatments
- Experience with advanced facials, chemical peels, microneedling, and dermaplaning
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, kind, and team-oriented
- Passionate about skincare and helping clients achieve healthy, beautiful skin
