The position requires an aesthetician who already has an existing client base. Our shop has a lot of traffic. We'll be able to grow your business too.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough client assessments to determine individual needs and treatment plans.
• Provide various techniques to the aesthetician trade.
• Maintain a clean and organized treatment area, adhering to hygiene and safety standards.
• Educate clients on the benefits of facial therapy and self-care practices.
• Document plans, client progress, and any relevant medical history accurately.
• Uphold high standards of client service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for all clients.

Requirements

• Valid state licensure or certification as an aesthetician.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Previous experience in a spa setting is a plus.
• Excellent client service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
