Duties

• Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and body waxing to meet individual client needs.
• Conduct advanced aesthetic procedures such as laser hair removal, esthetic laser treatments, microdermabrasion, and chemical peels with precision and safety.
• Provide waxing services including body waxing and hair threading to help clients achieve smooth, flawless skin.
• Educate clients on skincare routines, product recommendations, and post-treatment care to enhance their results.
• Manage appointments efficiently using salon software such as MINDBODY or similar platforms; assist with retail sales of skincare products to boost revenue.
• Maintain strict sanitation procedures and cleanliness standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their goals, answer questions about treatments, and ensure a positive experience from start to finish.

Experience

• Proven experience working as an Esthetician or in the beauty industry with a strong background in skincare treatments and esthetic procedures.
• Knowledge of salon software systems like MINDBODY for scheduling and client management.
• Hands-on experience with a wide range of services including facials, waxing (body waxing), tinting services, chemical peels, laser hair removal, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and skin tightening treatments.
• Familiarity with sanitation procedures and safety protocols specific to esthetic treatments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build lasting client relationships.
• Certification in Cosmetology or Esthetician licensing as required by state regulations; additional certifications in laser treatments or advanced skincare are a plus.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
