Licensed Esthetician at Natural Day Spa

We are looking for someone who is passionate about skincare and aesthetics, enjoys working with clients, and is motivated to grow professionally while providing an exceptional experience to every client.

Responsibilities

Perform a variety of skincare and aesthetic treatments, including:

• Microdermabrasion
• Dermaplaning
• LED Light Therapy
• Radiofrequency Treatments
• Custom Facials
• Clarifying/Deep Cleansing Facials
• Other advanced skincare treatments offered at the spa

• Perform professional skin analyses and consultations to understand each client's concerns and skincare goals
• Recommend appropriate treatments, treatment plans, and packages based on individual client needs
• Educate clients on proper skincare and recommend at-home skincare routines and products
• Maintain a clean, organized, sanitary, and professional treatment room
• Follow all spa protocols, sanitation standards, and treatment procedures
• Build strong relationships with clients and provide a welcoming and comfortable experience
• Assist with treatment and product recommendations and sales

Qualifications

• Valid Massachusetts Esthetician License – Required
• Passion for skincare, beauty, and the aesthetics industry
• Professional, reliable, responsible, and motivated
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable educating clients and recommending treatments and products
• Previous skincare or esthetics experience is preferred but not required
• Previous sales experience is a plus
• Bilingual candidates are a plus
• Willingness to learn, grow, and expand knowledge of skincare and aesthetic treatments
